Nobody thinks it's a good idea aside from the Conservative Party and the Labour Party.
This has long been seen as an advantage to brexit along with ditching every other right people have.

You can see his hallmarks of cluelessness even in the planning white paper, which witters on about everything becoming data-driven, and getting rid of documents. The ignorance of what's already happening and why shines through, in favour of techy buzzwords.
