Though in this case it's some kids watching Spanish kid's videos on phones. Kind of fascinating how the unfamiliar language is regularly broken up by sounds I recognize from the Hanna-Barbera sound libraries or by Yakkety Sax. Non-verbal cartoon cues are their own universal language.
